Project Vote Lagos
"Every PVC is a Vote Waiting to Happen"
A structured, citywide mass voter registration sensitisation and PVC collection aid programme. Project Vote Lagos deploys trained KOHMMUNITY field teams to every ward, market, campus, and community centre in Lagos to identify unregistered residents, assist with INEC registration logistics, track PVC collection rates, and resolve obstacles that prevent citizens from completing the process. The programme operates with a database of every uncollected PVC in each ward and does not stand down until each is collected. It is the foundational operation upon which all other mobilisation efforts depend, because every voter who has not collected their PVC is a vote that simply cannot be cast.

"Real People. Real Impact. Real Reasons to Vote."
A powerful, ongoing beneficiary storytelling campaign that documents and amplifies the lived experiences of Lagosians who have been positively touched by Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat's leadership and the governance programmes of the Lagos State administration. Short documentary-style videos, written testimonials, social media story cards, and community broadcast content are produced in multiple languages, featuring real residents from across the 57 LGAs. These are not advertising scripts. They are authentic human stories, a mother whose child benefited from a health programme, a trader whose business grew, a student whose scholarship changed a family's trajectory. Polling Unit Guardians
"Every Vote Cast Must Count. Every Result Must Stand."
An electoral integrity monitoring programme that deploys trained, accredited KOHMMUNITY observers to every one of Lagos's 13,000+ polling units on Election Day. Polling Unit Guardians are not just passive observers. They are briefed on INEC procedures, their legal rights and responsibilities, result sheet documentation protocols, incident reporting channels, and escalation procedures for irregularities. Each Guardian is connected in real time to KOHMMUNITY's legal team and ward-level coordination structure. Results are photographed, logged, and transmitted from every polling unit to the KOHMMUNITY central dashboard as they are announced, enabling parallel result tracking alongside INEC's official collation. The Polling Unit Guardians programme ensures that the votes secured through months of diligent mobilisation are protected at the point of counting and are correctly reflected in the final result.
